Talent Acquisition Specialist, Customer Operations

At KNM our recruiters are embedded within our operational departments to ensure seamless integration and support. We are currently looking to hire two new recruiters to join our Customer Operations department and support the team’s growth. You will report directly to our HR Department Manager.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Customer Operations, you will:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including:
    • Screening candidates through various methods (interviews, assessments, one-way interviews)
    • Guiding candidates throughout the hiring process
    • Extending offers and closing deals in collaboration with hiring managers
    • Reporting on metrics to our Managers and Directors, using data to drive decisions and improvements
    • Collaborating with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs


What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to manage and engage large volumes of candidates efficiently
  • Advanced screening skills to evaluate both skills and cultural fit
  • Experience sourcing candidates across various locations


In this role, you will be evaluated on:

  • Your measurable impact on hiring (e.g., hires, quality, and passthrough rates)
  • Your ownership of hiring pipelines (e.g., speed, efficiency, optimization)
  • Your attention to detail (e.g., communication, tool setup)


The salary range will be discussed during your interview with the directors, and will be paid monthly. The final offer will be based on experience, location, and performance during the hiring process.
